I. Introduction
The provider of the Internet server sportovni-arealy.cz is Filip Lapeš, Okružní 386, 397 01 Písek, company reg. no.: 75309084 (referred to as “the Provider”) available at the Internet address (URL) http://www.sportovni-arealy.cz (referred to as “the Server”)


II. Description of the services of Sportovni-arealy.cz
The Sportovni-arealy.cz Server contains an advertising space enabling users to see the offer of sports facilities with accommodation (referred to as “the Facilities”). Sportovni-arealy.cz offers users the option to search through the offers of the Facilities registered on the Server. Users may search Facilities according to the region and sports fields. Searching takes place on the basis of an agreement of the criteria selected by the user and the offer of the Facility.


III. Personal Data Protection
The Provider collects personal data of the customers with their consent, i.e. name, name of the company, address, company registration number, telephone and email contact. These data are solely used for the internal needs of the Provider.
If the customer expresses his or her consent, the supplier may send business messages with the latest news, offers and advertising by email.
The personal data of customers are fully protected from misuse. The data are not shared with third party applications. By concluding the contract, the customer agrees with having his or her personal data collected and processed in our database in order to successfully fulfil the contract.
The customer data which the Provider stores and processes can be changed by the customer at any time by email to filip.lapes@sportovni-arealy.cz.
When collecting and processing personal data, the operator of the Sportovni-arealy.cz acts in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., On the Protection of Personal Data, as amended.
